A label working across electronic music, painting, photography, film and yogic teaching does not fit a standard music template. The catalogue had to hold five different kinds of work without any one of them reading as a side project.

Satya Recs is a Lisbon label with an unusually wide definition of output: cutting-edge electronic music, watercolour painting, landscape photography, short films, and yogic teaching. All of it belongs to one sensibility, and none of it belongs in a standard release template.
We built the site as an editorial publication with the catalogue as its spine. Vinyl and digital releases get proper pages, the mix series has room to breathe, and the visual and written work sits inside the same architecture rather than in an appendix. Commerce points at Bandcamp and the US store instead of being rebuilt badly.
The restraint is the point. Dark, quiet and image-led, with typography that gets out of the way of the artwork. The label's range is the argument; the site only has to stop interrupting it.
