An n8n automation agency that builds workflows you can actually trust in production
We design, build, and host n8n automations that move real work between your tools — self-hosted for data control, instrumented so you can see what ran, and built to survive the day an API changes. We run n8n ourselves.
Why this is worth building, and why us.
Most “automation” you can buy is a brittle Zap that breaks the first time an input looks slightly wrong, and nobody notices until a week of leads has quietly vanished. We are an n8n automation agency that builds the other kind: workflows with error handling, retries, logging, and alerts, on a platform you own.
n8n is our default for exactly the reasons the internet fell in love with it — self-hostable, execution-priced instead of per-task, and genuinely good at AI. But a powerful canvas in the wrong hands is just a more expensive way to break things. The value we add is the engineering discipline around it.
What we build with n8n
- 01Lead & sales automation — capture, enrich, route, and follow up without a human copy-pasting
- 02AI agent workflows — LLM chains, tool-calling, RAG over your docs, wired on the n8n canvas
- 03Ops & back-office — onboarding, invoicing, reporting, and the glue between your SaaS tools
- 04Self-hosted setup — your infra, your data, your logs; nothing transiting a third party
- 05Instrumentation — error workflows, retries, and alerts so a broken run pages you, not surprises you
- 06A clean handover — documented workflows you own, or ongoing support; your call
Why n8n, and when it’s the wrong answer
n8n wins when you want to self-host, care about cost at volume, or are building AI-shaped workflows — it is the platform serious automation teams keep landing on. For a non-technical team gluing a couple of mainstream SaaS apps, we will happily tell you Zapier or Make is the cheaper, faster answer, and point you there.
And when a workflow becomes load-bearing — its failure would page someone at 2am — we say so, and rebuild that critical path as a proper service instead of leaving your business on a canvas. Honest scoping is the whole job.
The difference is what happens when it breaks
Anyone can drag nodes onto a canvas until a demo works. Production is a different sport: the API returns an error, the input is malformed, a rate limit hits, the model has an off day. An automation that does not plan for those does not save you time — it invents a new way to lose data quietly.
We build every workflow with the unglamorous parts first: retries with backoff, dedicated error workflows, structured logging, and alerts that reach a human. That is the line between “automation we set up once” and “automation you can actually depend on.”
Self-hosted, so it’s yours
We run n8n on your infrastructure so your credentials, customer data, and execution logs never leave your network — which for regulated work and most enterprise clients is a requirement, not a nice-to-have. It also means flat cost: a busy workflow costs the same server whether it runs ten times or ten thousand.
You end up owning the automations, the instance, and the documentation — not renting a seat on a platform that prices you by the task and holds your data.

Common questions.
01Do you self-host n8n or use n8n Cloud?
Usually self-hosted, on your infrastructure, so your data and credentials stay in your network and you get flat cost regardless of volume. n8n Cloud is a fine option when you’d rather not run the instance — we’ll set up and manage either, and recommend based on your data-sensitivity and volume.
02Can you build AI agents in n8n, or just simple automations?
Both. n8n is genuinely strong for AI: agent nodes with tool-calling, LLM chains, memory, and vector stores, mixed freely with ordinary automation. We build those — and we’ll tell you honestly when an agent has outgrown the canvas and deserves a custom build.
03What happens when a workflow breaks?
Ideally, you find out before it costs you anything — because we build error workflows, retries, and alerting from the start. A failed run notifies a human with the context to fix it, rather than silently dropping data. That reliability engineering is most of what separates us from a Fiverr gig.
04Will we own the automations you build?
Yes. You own the n8n instance, the workflows, and the documentation outright. We can hand over cleanly, or stay on for ongoing support and new automations — your call, either way the work is yours.
Got a process that should run itself?
Tell us the workflow you keep doing by hand. We’ll scope an n8n automation — what to build, what to leave alone, and what it costs — on a quick call.
