Your clients keep asking for AI. We build it under your name.
A white-label engineering bench for agencies, studios, and software houses. You keep the client, the relationship, and the margin you set. We do the part you would otherwise turn down, hire for, or subcontract to whoever answered first.
- 20% off every published price
- Fixed quotes in 2 working days
- Your brand on everything
- No minimum volume, no exclusivity
Why this exists, and who it is for.
Every agency has a version of the same conversation. A client asks for something past the edge of what the team builds: an AI agent that answers the phone, a WhatsApp flow that actually books appointments, an integration between two systems that were never meant to meet, a portal the website cannot be. Saying no sends a good client looking, and whoever they find will start asking about the rest of the work too.
The alternatives are all bad in their own way. Hiring an engineer for one project is a six-month commitment against a six-week problem. A marketplace contractor is a coin flip you re-flip every time. Passing the client to another agency is how you stop being the one they call.
So this is the fourth option. We are a small engineering studio that builds AI products, automation, and custom software, and we do it under your brand for a rate that leaves you a real margin. You stay the agency. We stay invisible.
There is a wall, and you decide what crosses it.
Every subcontractor says white-label. Here is exactly what it means in practice, including the part where we are allowed to talk to your client and the part where we are not.

- Briefs your agency
- Pays your invoice
- Never hears our name
- Owns the relationship
- Sets the client price
- Ships under your brand
- Writes and ships the code
- Invoices you, not them
- Bound by NDA and non-solicit
Published, so you can decide without a call.
Every price on this site is public, which means the partner rate can be too. Work out your margin before you speak to us, and book the call only if the arithmetic already works.
- Your rate20% off list
Every price published on this site, minus 20%. One rate, from the first project: no volume ladder to climb and no annual review that quietly moves it.
- Your marginYours to set
We quote you, you quote your client, and what sits between the two is your business. We never see their invoice and never ask what it says.
- Your quote2 working days
Send a scope and you get a fixed price and a date back, not a range and a discovery call. Fast enough to put in front of your client while they are still asking.
- Your nameOn everything
Repos, documentation, demo links, deployment, and client calls if you want us on them. Ours appears nowhere unless you decide it should.
- Your riskFixed, not hourly
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed date. If a build runs long, that is our cost to absorb, not a change order landing on the invoice you already sent your client.
- Your commitmentNone
No minimum volume, no retainer to stay on the list, no exclusivity. Send one project a year or one a month. Send none and nothing happens.
What 20% is worth on a real ladder
The three published tiers on our AI agent development page. Open it in another tab and check the list prices against this.
- You pay us
- You keep
- Single Agent$2,497 listYou pay us $1,998You keep $499 at list price
- Production Agent$4,997 listYou pay us $3,998You keep $999 at list price
- Multi-Agent System$12,997 listYou pay us $10,398You keep $2,599 at list price
The right-hand block is the floor, not the ceiling. It assumes you quote your client exactly what we publish. Most agencies do not: they price the strategy, the account management, and the risk they are carrying on top, and the whole of that sits on their side of the line. Every other price is published too
One caveat worth stating up front: the partner rate comes off published prices, not off a quote we invent for the occasion. If a project is genuinely bespoke we scope it the same way we scope our own, then take 20% off the result.
Five steps, and only one of them is a call.
- 01
A 30 minute intro
What your clients keep asking for, what you would want to hand over first, and whether we are honestly the right fit. If we are not, we will say so on that call rather than three weeks into a project.
- 02
Mutual NDA and the rate card
Signed before you send us anything real. The NDA runs both ways and carries a non-solicit: we do not approach your clients during the work or after it.
- 03
You send a scope
However rough. A forwarded client email is enough to start. We come back inside 2 working days with a fixed price, a date, and the questions we would need answered to hold both.
- 04
We build under your brand
In your repo or ours, in your project channel or a shared one. Progress lands where you want it, at whatever cadence you need to keep your client calm. We join client calls as your team, or never speak to them at all. Your call, per project.
- 05
We invoice you
Milestone-based, to your agency. Your client sees your invoice, your brand, and your team. As far as the work is concerned, you built it.
The work that falls off the end of your service list.
Every one of these has a page on this site with the scope, the timeline, and the list price your partner rate comes off. Nothing is quoted from behind a curtain.
- AI voice agentsAgents that answer the phone, qualify, and book. The build your client means when they say they want an AI receptionist.Scope and prices
- WhatsApp and chat agentsConversational flows that do something at the end, wired into the systems the answer has to come from.Scope and prices
- Automation and integrationsn8n, custom nodes, and the API work that starts where a low-code canvas stops. Including the builds that outgrew a Zap.Scope and prices
- Web apps and portalsThe thing the website cannot be: client portals, dashboards, internal tools, and full product builds in Next.js and React.Scope and prices
- Cleanup and rescueAn AI-generated codebase that stopped working, or a build a previous developer left half-finished. We take these on as fixed-scope work.Scope and prices
- A second opinionSometimes what you need is not a build but an answer, before you quote. Paid audits start small and get credited back if the work goes ahead.Scope and prices
This is not for everyone, and here is who.
Agencies shopping three quotes on price
We publish our prices and take 20% off them for partners. That is the number. There is no second number underneath it, so a bidding round is a waste of your afternoon.
Staff augmentation by the hour
We work fixed scope and fixed price because that is what makes overruns our problem instead of yours. An hourly bench seat inverts that, and there are cheaper places to buy one.
Anyone who needs the AI label more than the build
If the client brief is a press release looking for something to describe, we are the wrong studio. We will tell you what would actually help them instead, which is occasionally nothing.
Work that has to start tomorrow
We are small, which is why the quality holds and also why the calendar is real. Ask about the next opening on the intro call and you will get a date, not a maybe.
What your name would be going on.

There are no partner logos on this page and no count of agencies on the roster, because the program is new and we are not going to invent either. What is here is checkable: real clients, live case studies, and the same published prices your rate comes off.
The questions agencies actually ask.
01Will you go around us to our client?
No, and it is in writing before you send us anything. The mutual NDA carries a non-solicit that runs during the engagement and after it. Beyond the paperwork: this program only works if agencies keep sending work, and one poached client would end that permanently. The incentive and the contract point the same way.
02Whose name is on the work?
Yours, everywhere it is visible. Repos, commits, documentation, demo links, staging URLs, and deployment. If your client asks who built it, the honest answer is your agency, and we will not be in the room contradicting it. We do ask to describe the work in general terms in our own case studies only if you agree in writing, and the default is that we do not.
03Do you talk to our clients?
Only if you want us to, and only as your team. Some partners keep us entirely behind the wall and relay everything. Others put us on the technical calls under their brand because it is faster than playing telephone through an account manager. Both work. You choose per project, and you can change your mind mid-project.
04Why 20% and not a volume ladder?
Because a ladder means the rate you agreed to is worse than the rate you will eventually get, and every project until then feels like it. One rate from the first project is simpler to quote against and simpler to trust. It also means we are not quietly pricing in the projects you might send later to justify the discount on the one you are actually sending now.
05What is the smallest thing we can send?
A paid audit or a diagnostic sprint, which several of the solution pages list in the low hundreds and credit back against the build if it goes ahead. That is deliberately the cheapest way to find out whether working together is any good, and it is the step we would suggest first rather than a large first project.
06What if the client asks a technical question we cannot answer?
Send it to us and you get a written answer you can forward in your own words, usually the same day. If it is the kind of question that needs a conversation, we will join the call as your team. Neither of those is billed separately.
07Do we have to commit to a volume of work?
No. There is no minimum, no retainer to stay on the partner list, and no exclusivity clause stopping you working with anyone else. Send one project a year and the rate is the same. Send nothing for a year and you are still a partner.
08Where are you, and when are you online?
Lahore, Pakistan, on UTC+5. That is a full working-day overlap with the Gulf, most of the UK and EU day, and the mornings for the US East coast. In practice partners get replies inside their own working hours, and the intro call gets scheduled around your timezone rather than ours.
09Can we see how you actually work before committing?
Yes, and without talking to us. Every solution page publishes its scope, timeline, and price. The case studies are real builds with named clients. The Claude Code packs we give away are the actual tooling we use internally, MIT licensed, and reading them tells you more about our standards than a capabilities deck would.
Tell us what you keep turning down.
One message is enough to start. We read every application ourselves, reply within two working days, and say no clearly when the fit is not there.
