An MVP development company that ships in six weeks, not six months

Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed date. We build the one thing your product has to prove, launch it to real users, and hand you the code. Two senior engineers, no account managers, no discovery theatre.

  • Fixed price: overruns are our cost, not your invoice
  • You own the code from the first commit
  • Paid across milestones, never all up front
The opportunity

Why this is worth building, and why us.

Most MVPs die of the same thing: they were never minimum. Six months in, the founder has a settings page, three user roles, and an admin dashboard, but still no evidence anyone wants the product. The build was fine. The scoping was the failure.

We are an MVP development company built around that constraint. We start by finding the single riskiest assumption in your idea, cut everything that does not test it, and ship the rest in six weeks on a fixed price you agreed before we wrote a line of code. If the answer is that you should not build it yet, we will tell you that too, and you will have paid a few hundred dollars to find out instead of tens of thousands.

What it does

What you get from an MVP build

06 things
  • 01A real product in production, not a prototype, not a Figma file, not a demo video
  • 02One core loop, built properly: auth, data, the thing that makes it valuable, and nothing else
  • 03Next.js and Postgres by default: a stack you can hire for, not a no-code trap you outgrow
  • 04Analytics wired from day one, so launch tells you something instead of nothing
  • 05The repository, the infrastructure, and the documentation, all in your name from week one
  • 06An honest post-launch call: what the data says, what to build next, what to kill

Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed date.

Published, because you should not have to sit through a sales call to find out whether you can afford us. Every tier is a fixed quote agreed up front: if we scoped it wrong, that is our problem, not your invoice.

Start hereScope Sprint$4972 days

Not ready to commit to a build? Spend two days with us instead. You get the riskiest assumption named, a cut-down feature list, a clickable prototype of the core loop, and a fixed-price quote with a date. Credited back in full against any build you start within 30 days, so if you go ahead, it cost you nothing.

These are the prices, not starting points that quietly triple. Heavy compliance work, native mobile, or an ML pipeline genuinely costs more, and we will say so before you sign rather than after. If we quote it and get the scoping wrong, we absorb it.

01

Why six weeks is the whole point

A deadline is not a scheduling preference, it is a scoping tool. When the date is fixed and the price is fixed, every feature request has to argue for itself against the one thing you are actually trying to learn. That pressure is what keeps an MVP minimum, and it is the reason our builds ship while comparable projects are still negotiating change requests.

Six weeks is also roughly the length of a founder’s patience and a pre-seed runway assumption. Longer than that and you are not validating, you are building a company around an untested guess. If your idea genuinely cannot be tested in six weeks, that is worth knowing on day two, and the Scope Sprint exists to find out.

02

What we will talk you out of

User roles and permissions before you have users. A native mobile app when a responsive web app tests the same hypothesis for a third of the cost. An admin dashboard you could replace with a database GUI for the first hundred customers. Custom design systems on a product nobody has used yet. Microservices. AI features bolted on because the deck needed them.

None of these are bad engineering. They are just answers to problems you do not have yet, and every one of them trades weeks of runway for a feature no user has asked for. An MVP development agency that says yes to all of it is optimising its invoice, not your odds.

03

Senior engineers, or nobody

The offshore MVP market runs on a familiar model: a senior consultant sells the work, and juniors deliver it. It is cheap for a reason, and the reason shows up six months later when you inherit a codebase nobody can extend and a founder has to rewrite before raising.

We are a two-person senior studio in Lahore, and the people who scope your build are the people who write it. That is the whole trade: you get a rate that is far below a London or San Francisco agency, without the handoff to whoever was free that month. Our stack is boring on purpose: Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres, because your next engineer needs to read it without a tour.

04

What an MVP actually costs, honestly

The public numbers are wide enough to be useless: agencies quote anywhere from $5,000 to $150,000 for something they all call an MVP. The spread is real, but most of it is scope, not skill. A single-loop web product and a compliance-heavy fintech platform are not the same job, and comparing their prices tells you nothing.

Here is the comparison that is actually fair. The custom agencies quote $30,000 to $300,000 and take three to six months. The fixed-price productized shops sit around $4,000 for a validation build and $7,500 for a launch build. We are in the second group and priced just under it, at $3,497 and $6,997. Below us is the offshore commodity tier at one to four thousand dollars, and that work is junior-built; you feel it at the first handover, when nobody can extend the codebase.

Where our floor comes from: a six-week build is roughly 240 senior engineering hours. At our rate that lands under $7,000. We are cheaper than a London or San Francisco studio because Lahore is cheaper to live in, not because we staffed your project with juniors.

FAQ

Common questions.

  • 01How much does MVP development cost?

Ours are published: $3,497 to validate one hypothesis in two weeks, $6,997 for a six-week launch MVP, $14,997 for a ten to twelve week SaaS build. For comparison, custom agencies quote $30,000 to $300,000 over three to six months, and the other fixed-price productized shops sit at roughly $4,000 and $7,500 for the equivalent tiers. The $497 Scope Sprint turns any of these into an exact quote before you commit, and comes off the invoice if you go ahead.

  • 02What happens if the build takes longer than six weeks?

The price does not change. We quote a fixed scope against a fixed date, so an overrun is our cost to absorb, not a change request we send you. The exception is when you add scope mid-build, in which case we price the addition separately and tell you what it does to the date before you approve it.

  • 03Do we own the code?

Yes, from the first commit. The repository is created in your account, the infrastructure is provisioned in your name, and there is no licence, no hosting lock-in, and nothing you have to keep paying us for. If you hire an in-house team the week after launch, they inherit a documented codebase and we hand over cleanly.

  • 04Can you build a mobile app MVP?

Usually we will push you towards a responsive web app first, because it tests the same hypothesis for roughly a third of the cost and ships without app-store review. When the product genuinely needs native (offline use, push, camera, hardware), we build with React Native, and that moves the quote. We will make the case either way during the Scope Sprint.

  • 05What if the Scope Sprint says we should not build it?

Then you have spent $497 to avoid spending far more, and we consider that a good outcome rather than a lost sale. You keep the prototype, the feature analysis, and the written reasoning. We would rather turn down a build than take money for something we think will not work.

  • 06Why is a Pakistani studio cheaper than a US agency?

Cost of living, and nothing else. Senior rates in Lahore are a fraction of London or San Francisco, so the same engineering hours cost you less. We are deliberately more expensive than the local commodity market, which quotes MVPs in the one to four thousand dollar range, because that tier is junior-built and you feel it at the first handover.
